Frequently asked questions
- I don't know my birth time. Can I still order?
- Yes. Check “I don't know my birth time” and the reading is built from everything that doesn't depend on it. A few layers are left out and the dates become broader (a month instead of a day). If you find your time later, on your birth certificate, it's worth ordering again with it.
- Do you use artificial intelligence?
- Yes, for the writing. The calculations come from our own engine, using the ephemerides of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and involve no AI. An artificial intelligence turns those calculations into flowing text, using only your data. That's why the reading costs a fraction of a handwritten one.
- If someone else uses the same data, does the text change?
- No. The same birth date, time and city produce the same reading, whatever the name. It's a calculation: the same input gives the same result.
- How long does it take to arrive?
- It's sent within 3 hours after your payment is confirmed; usually in about 15 minutes. You can follow every step on your order page and download the files there too.
- What format will I get?
- By email: one PDF you can read on your phone without zooming, another in letter/A4 size for your computer or for printing, and an image for your Stories.
- Can I give it as a gift?
- Yes. Check “it's a gift”, enter the person's birth details and write a dedication, which is printed in the reading.
- What happens to my data?
- It's used only to prepare and send your reading. We never sell it or share it for marketing.
