This policy explains how Bússola do Destino 2.0, a company based in Brazil, handles the personal data of people who use this site and buy the Destiny Compass 2.0 reading. We follow the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) and honor the core rights granted by laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA, wherever you are.

Data we collect

For the free preview: date, time (optional) and city of birth, plus the her/him choice, used only to calculate the chart. When you buy: also your name and email and, for a gift, the giver's name and the dedication. For the reading for two: the other person's name, date, time and city of birth, provided by you. For the star map: the date, time and city you choose. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Why we use it

To prepare and deliver your reading, provide support and meet legal obligations. Your name is never sent to the artificial intelligence service: it only receives the calculations.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. We rely on service providers needed to run the product (hosting, Stripe for payments, email delivery and the artificial intelligence service that writes the text), which process the data only to provide those services. Some of these providers are located outside your country, including in the United States and Brazil, so your data may be transferred internationally under appropriate safeguards.

Ad measurement

The site does not use ad measurement tools.

Storage and security

Your data is kept on a protected server with restricted access, for as long as needed to fulfill these purposes and our legal obligations.
